OK I will NO LONGER BE POSTING on this xanga....

I've been waiting all year for the premium subscription on this to end and NOW I can finally change! Woot. Yes, yes you may think its such a trivial thing, me changing my xanga just because of the screen name but I AM. Now go to http://www.xanga.com/panLIKEpeter to see my new xanga. Originally I was going to use panLIKEfrying but I'm thinking that would have been a bit much... and yes having nothing to do all day but surf the net DOES give you time to think about such issues as the quality of your screen names.

Mass late picture update...

My Uncle Joe and his family came all the way over to Singapore to visit!!!! This is the family I stay with in Rowland so I tried to be the best guide around Singapore ever to thank them for lookin after me during the year.

Took them to check out Singapore's Night Safari... wOoo... basically its a zoo of nocturnal animals

My cousins love bugs... for those of you who have seen my uncle's house, you know what I'm talkin about. And he wanted to catch some of Singapore's tropical ones so I took them to Bukit Timah's Nature reserve near my house... its this rain foresty area 10 min from my house. Isn't it pretty?

My mommy's been teachin me how to cook so I don't starve next year...

Look what I was parked next to the other day... wOoo... I know there's this one dude in Singapore that drive a nice white one with the cleanest kit you have ever seen... hottness...

Out to lunch with Andrew and Lin @ Fish & Co. The food is kinda pricey but the drinks are dam cheap!

View from my table... I'm moving to Four Seasons apt which is like 5 min walk from this place

Lin and his GINORMOUS drink...

Dim Sum lunch, my last time to see some of these awesome ppl before they left Singapore.
I have eaten soooo much Dim Sum since I got here its not even funny...

Viv and Dunks you guys are too cute!

I got an X-ray to see if I needed to get my wisdom teeth taken out. SO... supposedly as a result of our refined diet, the human jaw is getting smaller which is why we no longer have any need for our wisdom teeth because half the time they don't even have space to grow in. Some ppl though have "evolved" into now having wisdom teeth at all... according to my x-ray have have no top wisdom teeth at all but I do have bottom ones... which means... I'm evolving  *yes yes I know I have big cavities...*

Singapore subway.... where I spend tooo much of my time

Look all the signs are written in at least four languages because Singapore is such a melting pot of cultures and ethnicites. At each stop they make announcements in at least 3 languages.

My first paycheck here in Singapore... how sad eh? S$720 for working from 9:30-6:30 everyday for a whole month. It's about $430 US

Went to Ikea with my mom to look for new stuff to decorate the house with since we're moving. and YES there is an Ikea in Singapore. Its actually quite popular here. The Asians here love to go to Ikea with their kids, I mean where else can you go to loiter all afternoon, enjoy free air con, have somewhere where the kids can scream and jump around, AND not have to pay? The "Restaurant" here is also always PACKED, I mean packed as in you have to stand there and wait for a table to open up.

My mom's so cute! Dam I look like crap that day...

haha I love the dispensers here... you squeeze like you're milking a cow or something

Clubbin on Wed., All I can say is clubbin on Wed night till 2-3am then waking up and going to work all day the next day is freakin hard

Small SAS reunion: David, Jimin, Ren

Will I never escape the cycle of packing and unpacking?!
... I'm moving again... but just apartments here in Singapore . But gosh dam moving is tiring... I just moved out of my dorm room in June and THAT took forever, now I have to help pack and move all my family's stuff to the new apt and when I get home I get the honor of moving my crap back from Rowland to Irvine.. aHHHH! I have however gotten very practical and reformed from my old pack rat days because its JUST to hard to move all those small nick nacks you tend to accumulate over the years. I'm excited about the new apt! It's within walking distance of down town orchard (like living right on colima) and the subway, but the place is smaller. Anyhow I'll update pictures so you guys can see.

I also took some group shots yesterday with my Singapore girls since they're all leaving before me... and all I can say is we got JIPED crazy style.. gRr. The dam studio had so many extra hidden cost. For example, the original package was $288 + $65 for adding 2 more ppl (I guess the original package was for 2 and we had four girls) + $50 for makeup (The studio was basically one of those Expose like places except they did your make up and hair) + $200 for digital (WTH?! $200?!?! So apparently the original package was for film but since we "mentioned" that one of our friends were leaving end of this week they AUTOMATICALLY choose digital for us) Not to mention the fem dude at the counter was super bitchy.... so for all that money we should at least get a shit load of pictures right? NOPE We each would get 4 prints and any extra would cost us. What the fuckin hell... In the end they took $100 of the digital cost so we each forked over S$125 = $75 US. At least Lauren is buying a CD with all the pictures so I get get them from her, but seriously how are these ppl doing business?! Taiwan glamour shots are so much cheaper and worth while then this. And NEVER have a heard of anywhere that charged you extra for digital. Isn't it cheaper for them to use digital rather then develop film every time? Dam those fuckers. When I DO end up getting my pictures I'll post them so you can see what cost my $75 bucks.
*I am however glad to have pictures with the girls
